shockwaveriderz
The dimensions and form factor of the Gigabyte sTRX40 Aorus Extreme motherboard is: XL-ATX Form Factor; 32.5cm x 27.5cm. Can anybody tell me if this motherboard will fit in a Corsair Crystal Series 680x RGB ATX case? At Amazon there is a visual where it shows it can take an EATX motherboard of 305mm x 277... it appears 325 mm x 275 mm is slightly too big? I also read the QUG and it basically says the same thing... Should I ask Corsair Support? TIA
Corsair Employee Corsair Mint Posted May 12, 2020 Corsair Employee Share Posted May 12, 2020 The issue you'll most likely run into is how long the board is (the height). With ATX and E-ATX (which goes wider), the bottom of the board lines up with the cable management pass-through at the bottom of the case. With XL, you'll be going over it and covering it.
