Awaiting delivery - NO TRACKING NUMBER

Hello, I have ordered a Virtuoso RGB wireless headset and still haven't heard anything about my delivery. I ordered the headset on the 3rd of May and only got a conformation and my order status is "booked". My next door neighbour has also bought the exact same headset and colour and bought it on the 6th of May and has their tracking number and the headset is out for delivery. I am confused about what is going on with my order and I am disappointed about the lack of communication.

So I finally got the headset but with no email about a delivery, and no one helping me with my ticket that I sent or on this, I know with the pandemic going on there aren’t a lot of people working but a reply or a bit of help would have been nice.
