ConnorBroug Posted May 11, 2020 Share Posted May 11, 2020 (edited) Hello, I have ordered a Virtuoso RGB wireless headset and still haven't heard anything about my delivery. I ordered the headset on the 3rd of May and only got a conformation and my order status is "booked". My next door neighbour has also bought the exact same headset and colour and bought it on the 6th of May and has their tracking number and the headset is out for delivery. I am confused about what is going on with my order and I am disappointed about the lack of communication. Kind regards. Meant to post in customer service could someone please move to customer service or get someone to contact me.
