Errors with one module of Twinx set

Running twinx set of CMX512-3200XL modules.

After some stability problems I ran memtest and came up with errors. I tested one stick at a time and found the errors were isolated to one. I then tried that stick with less agressive timings and found that the errors persisted. I also tried an identical set of modules from another PC and came up clean, while the problem stick produced the same errors when installed in the other PC. I also tried adjusting the voltage as suggested in other threads here, no change.

I'd like to get the RMA process rolling, but if there's something else I should try first I would be happy to cooperate. another user posed the question about returning a twinx set with a bad module and I wasn't clear about the answer. Assuming this does go to a return will I sed back the whole set or only the defective member of the pair?

thanks

Can you tell me the make and model of MB you have along with the CPU speed and it’s FSB as well? In addition, please tell me the bios settings you have set for both CPU and memory and any performance settings that you may have set?
