BigPino67
I've ordered a brand new K70 keyboard on amazon.ca. Several keys were unclipped while others are super simple to unclip. Some keys are correct. What should I do with it? Edited May 6, 2020 by BigPino67

BigPino67
@Corsair team Will you ship keycaps replacement for the entire keyboard or I should return the keyboard to Amazon (they can't replace it, they have no more k70 in stock).
Mineria
I think you need to create a support ticket. https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/requests/new The caps that came loose don't stay in place when you put them back in place? I have an old K70, keycaps on that one need a puller tool to be removed, while on my newer K95 I could pull them by hand. New PBT caps on the other hand require a lot of force to get removed. So my guess is that there is a QC issue with caps on keyboards shipped in recent times, never seen one where they fall off the keyboard thou. :o Edited May 7, 2020 by Mineria
BigPino67
Yes they stay in place, if I flip the keyboard, they are so loose that they fall. It's cleary not supposed to be like this. I expect from every single key to be fixed to the keyboard. If i tried to remove a keycap, I want the entire keyboard lifts with my hand.
