ICUE not responding and refuse to see the mouse

hi all!

since half year i struggle with the ICUE program.

after i made profiles and keybinding for black desert game in LDplayer, the icue program refuse to work.

when i start computer, the program doest recognize the mouse... so i need to unplug and plug in while use ESC or end task via task manager and try open again or restart pc again....

the program doesnt respond, crash and etc...

i already installed, reinstalled, uninstalled x100000000000000000000000 times.

i followed every possible guide on the web... nothing helps me out.

really feel like switch company for my next purchase cause this became impossible already.

my day starts by trying to make this icue program to work and i got tired of this.

 

my mouse M65pro rgb and white keyboard k70 RGBmk.2SE.

i made a post 10 days ago.. but i made few before...

and i get 0 support help! not even a reply!

is there a way to contact support directly?

im tired of the problems with ICUE crappy program that doesnt recognize my mouse, stop responding randomly or doesnt recognize both mouse and keyboard!

HOW CAN I GET A HELP FROM SUPPORT????:mad:
