neptunite
Hi, first time here on corsair forums. Has anybody run into an issue where in the off ( 0 ) state, the psu continues to power the system? Oddly, off or On (1) does not cut power. How serious of an issue is this considering I just had this delivered from Newegg a few days ago? Where might I find email/contact for corsair support? I tried their international phone and was unable to get through. If any corsair staff/members are on forum, your input would be greatly appreciated. I apologize if the problem of similar pattern has been mentioned and reposting this. Kind Regards.
Corsair Employees Corsair Notepad Posted April 30, 2020 Corsair Employees Share Posted April 30, 2020 If you are referring to the physical switch on the back of the PSU then it might be best to contact Newegg and proceed with a return and exchange of the PSU you just purchased from them.
