My System Specs are: Processor: AMD Athlon 64 3500+ (S939) Operating System: Windows XP Professional SP2. Mobo: Gigabyte GA-K8NXP-SLI RAM: Corsair 1GB XMS3200XL Dual Channel 2.2.2.5 Video: XFX Geforce 6800GT 256MB DDR3 (2ns) 386MHz/1.05GHz Storage: 2x Seagate 80GB SATA NCQ Raid 0 Audio: Audigy 2 ZS & Logitech Z-640. The settings are: CAS Latency: 2.0 2.5 3.0 Row Cycle Time (tRC) 7-22 Row Refresh Cycle Time (tRFC) 9-24 RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD) 2-7 Row to Row Delay (tRRD) 2-4 Min RAS Active Time (tRAS) 5-15 Row Precharge Time (tRP) 2-6 Write Recovery Time (tWR) 2-3 Write to Read Delay (tWTR) 1-2 Read to Write Delay (tRWT) 1-6 Refresh Period (tREP) 1x1552 1x2064 1x2592 1x3120 1x3632 1x4128 1x4672 2x1552 2x2064 2x2592 2x3120 2x3632 2x4128 2x4672 4x1552 4x2064 4x2592 4x3120 4x3632 4x4128 4x4672 128 Cycles And one last final setting is in my motherboards BIOS settings, it has a section called "MB Intelligent Tweaker" and it has a section in there called "MIB2" and it lets you select the Vendor/Brand of the RAM. The choices are: Kingston/Winbond A-Data/Hynix Samsung/Samsung Twinmos/Twinmos Infineon/Infineon What should i select? If i select Samsung/Samsung My Sandra score goes from: Int Buff'd SSE2 5876MB/S Float Buff'd SSE2 5820MB/S to about: Int Buff'd SSE2 62xxMB/S Float Buff'd SSE2 61xxMB/S However the system becomes unstable even with +.2 on the ram voltage THANKS!! Just set it to: CAS Latency: 2 RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 2 Row Precharge (tRP): 2 Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 5 + .02 v All other settings to defaults.
