bretnothappy
I brought 2 sticks of Corsair 1GB DDR2 Memory, one of the modules works normally the other does not (in fact it does not work at all). When this faulty stick is placed in the motherboard the computer fails to boot, when it is removed the computer boots normally. I have taken the faulty module to a computer repair shop to verify that it was faulty, which they did. I have tried to get a replacement from the retailer directly but they told me that as the part had an end user warranty I had to go to Corsair directly. I now need an Post/Ticket ID to complete the Corsair RMA form. Thanks Bret Sanders
