Hi:biggrin:

I got an issue that the corsair Icue records hundreds sometimes a thousand macros by its own. It also switches profiles and keeps pressing or even holding random keys. this does only happen in the newer versions. I'm currently using a late 2019 version which works partly. it irritates me that I can't use the newest version. I am currently using the K95 Platinum keyboard, m65 mouse, mm800 Polaris mousepad, and 3 LL 120 RGB fans with the hub that comes with the three-pack. Does anyone know why it switches profiles or does all this weird stuff?

I have no idea and that is strange. It looks like it is generating random keystrokes on its own and that suggests some kind of keyboard problem. If you have not already done it, try the soft reset described in the directions below. I also noticed it was generating key remaps to keys that don't exist on your board (G16, G18, etc). Those are found on the older 18 G Key K95. Not sure if your KB is having an identity crisis, but if the soft reset does not work, start a support ticket from link at the top of the page. Corsair Support can send you the firmware file to flash the keyboard.

I don't quite understand why it only happens on later iCUE versions. I have every piece of hardware you do running and certainly have not seen it. If the keyboard issues continue past the reset, we can pass this up to the software side of things.
