Recommended Posts

Hardware:

- MB: Gigabyte 8IG1000Pro

- Bios RAM settings on default/automatic

- 2* CMX512-3200C2 in dual mode

hi,

first excuse me for my bad english :((, I'm from germany ;)

a few days ago my win2k started to show some errors like this:

memory cannot be "write"...

so, I've done a ram test with memtest86 and found a lot of misstakes :(

now I've testet the Modules separate (I know grammar is not correct :(: )

I have found a lot of errors on the v.1.2 ram, on the v.2.1 module were none

I hope you can decipher the text and help me

sincerely thomas

I am sorry, but with this MB both modules should be identically matched. Please contact our Customer and ask if they can help you get the modules replaced for 2 that match by sending us an email with a copy of the form or all of your info name address and phone# and the Module part# and copy the link to this post and email it to Rma@corsairmemory.com.

If after 1 day or 24 hours excluding weekends you do not get the RMA please email the same to warranty@corsairmemory.com and we will help to resolve it.

at your last post you said something about problems with different versions (I have somethimes problems with windows errors (write or read problems), bat it's very seldom... )

the problem now is, that I don't know if it is better on the new mb

I hope you can help me
