RHeise Posted April 7, 2020 Posted April 7, 2020 Hi all, I created a ticket regarding faulty RAM and already got approved for a replacement. However, I'm awaiting a ticket response now since my replacement already got approved last week and the new person assigned only sent me one message since Friday. In this message he only explained to me what my replacement options are. I replied almost instantaneously since it seems so impossible to get customer support to respond to a ticket but no response from his side anymore. When can I expect that my replacement gets finalized? Is it normal that customer support only sends you one message every few days and doesn't respond to you anymore even though you almost instantaneously respond? Thanks
