Whats either the hex or rgb code for that gold colour that you see lit up behind the corsair logo on the H100i?

Do you mean on the box? The "Corsair Yellow"?

I would call it golden yellow, which is 255/223/0. However, the reality is the perceived color is going to be different depending on what device you using to display it. You may need to tweak the values. It looks pretty close on my KB and HD fans. It is too green on some of my other devices.
