SensualSaulmon Posted April 6, 2020 Posted April 6, 2020 I bought a Strafe RGB probably about 4 years ago. It's a great keyboard; however, recently it's gone into demo mode but I can't get it out. They keyboard is unrecognized by both my Motherboard and Windows. I've tried holding down the escape key while the keyboard turns on, all of the lights do go out for a split second, but when it comes back it's still in demo mode. I'm wondering if maybe a data line within the usb cable no longer has continuity which is forcing it back into demo mode even after I reset it? Any reply is greatly appreciated, Thanks! Also, I apologize if this is the wrong place to post this, I just joined this forum to ask for help.

This should take it out of Demo Mode. Also make sure the USB with the keyboard logo is plugged into your PC. The other is for the USB passthrough on the top of the keyboard.
