Problem with ll120's

I have 3 LL120's in my system right now, but there is a problem:

On 1 of my fans there are 2 led's not working properly, on another there is one led not working properly and the last fan is fine.

What i think is the problem is that the 3 red led's broke, because when i turn my fans to static red(rgb 255,0,0) those 3 led's do not light up, but when i turn them to static green(rgb 0,255,0) or blue (0,0,255) the led's light up fine.

I don't know how this could've happened because i've not changed anything ,But suddenly 1 after another the led's broke and only the red ones.

Also i have some pictures here. In one, you can see that with the static red color those 3 led's don't light up.

When they are on static pink you can see it even better:

Can anyone help?

I had a very similar problem. I dont see pictures so i dont know what you mean by broke, wrong color or completely broken no light?

If its only wrong color on some parts of the Fan , i had that too. Was all fixed with the software update to icue just now, 3.27.68.

Maybe that works for you too?

It shows a wrong color on parts of the fan when any red tint is added. but only a few led's do this, the rest is fine.

I have the last icue version running right now. It fixed nothing, even after forcing a firmware update on the ll's.

btw, Pictures should work now.

Links now shows.

What you mean by "firmware update on the ll's"? Fans don't have firmware, may you mean the Lighting Node Pro?

Which ports do the weird fans occupy? Have you tried to swap ports to see if the situation changes?

Yeah i meant the firmware on the lighting node pro.

They occupy port 1 2 and 3 on the lighting hub and port 1 on the lighting node pro. Switching these does not make a difference.

I would go ahead and start a Support Ticket with Corsair. The link is in the margin at the top of the page. The 255/0/0 Red out on the three LEDs seems fairly clear. They may or may not have you reset firmware or something else, but it seems like you will need a replacement fan and the ticket is the first step.
