Corsair Employee Corsair Nick Posted April 3, 2020 Corsair Employee Posted April 3, 2020 You can try performing a soft reset on the keyboard by doing the following: Unplug the keyboard Hold ESC Plug the keyboard back in Release ESC after 5sec That particular model is one of our old keyboards, and there isn't much in terms of firmware or anything like that for a solution. Hopefully those steps help.
