Recently sent an RMA for my HS70 Pro Wireless headset due to a broken mic. The RMA was approved and then I asked for it to be changed to an Advance RMA since I need the headphones for work currently (thanks COVID).

 

I received a message with a link to pay for the ARMA, but the link just gives me a 404. Does anyone have a working link for paying for an ARMA?

I was told it was down and that it happened Thursday. Now after seeing this I now it was last Thursday. Considering what’s going on in our world right now this is a huge issue. I need my computer to work and without my cooling system I can’t do that. No support system on weekends is pretty horrible as well. If I can’t do the advanced rma then I have no hope and I may have to purchase a laptop or replace this part. At this point I would rather have a cash refund.
