Shall I get Ryzen optimized DDR4 not on the QVL or non-optimized that are on the QVL?

The QVL for Asus ROG Strix B450 E lists CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 for Ryzen 3rd gen CPUs, but Corsair does not list that kit as Ryzen-optimized. However, the corresponding kit that is Ryzen optimized, CMK16GX4M2Z3200C16, is not on the QVL.

Whom shall I trust? Which kit is better for R5 3600 / B450?
