about a week ago i plugged in my K70 RGB Rapidfire to a folder titled CRP DISABLD popped up with a file in it labled "firmware.bin". i've already sent a ticket in but no one has responded yet. is there anyone who can help me?

I have the same problem, when i plugged in my keyboard it showed folder and file firmware.bin, I read in forum this is software issue, and i need to hard reset keyboard, here is my ticket number for corsair support 2001116937.

I'm having the same issue with my K63! I tried updating the keyboard to the latest version and it stopped working when I was 50% through the update. Now all I get is the CRP DISABLD file that always opens when I reconnect the keyboard in to the USB port in my PC...
