JohnLillywhite
I am preparing to do a beast of a PC build. Custom watercooling, the whole 9 yards. The case I'm building in has support for 9 fans. I am using the front 3 and bottom 2 as intakes, and the top 3 and 1 rear as exhaust, totaling, 9 fans. I want to use the LL140 fans, and link all of the RGB together, and be able to control the speeds. What hardware would I need to make this work? JohnLillywhite
Since I am using a custom water cooling pump, I am unable to plug 3 of my intake fans into the pump
JohnLillywhite
I saw how corsair had everything layed out, so I made my own. This seems to work, and I will just connect my pump to the CPU Fan header, and set the 3 fans for the CPU loop to ramp up based on the temp of the CPU. Will this work? Using fan splitters? Zotty
spot on fella, just to make you aware,, using PWM splitters on the 3 extra fans... only use Doubles (2 per header),, no more than 9 fans in total... and all at your own risk,, using splitters is not with in spec and as such outside warranty, how do you plan to control pump speed?
