Wired
Try the TwinX pack that is showing up in cpu-z as 3200 @ 2-2-2-5 @ 200 Mhz by itself. If it works fine, then it's probably just a mix-up in the SPD setting. On an Athlon 64 system when running 4 sticks, it WILL set it to DDR333 (166 Mhz) instead of DDR400 (200 Mhz) by DESIGN. Can't get around that. May be able to run all 4 sticks @ 2-2-2-5 @ DDR333, however they aren't guaranteed nor tested when 4 sticks are running. You may have to run them @ 3-3-3-8 when running 4 sticks. Each TwinX pack is guaranteed @ 2-2-2-5 @ DDR400, so as long as each TwinX pack can run like that when by themselves (2 sticks, not 4), they're running fine. brazilianguy
i try now put 1024mb only and i modify manualy in bios and set to 2-2-2-5 in 200mhz , works fine but in cpu-z the part appear cmx512-3200 only and not 3200XL , its normal ? is better for game 2gb in ddr333 or 1gb in ddr400 ? thanks for reply, obs: my system work fine in 2gb ddr333 in 2-2-2-5 , my system crash if i put 200mhz with 2gb , works fine in 200mhz in 2-2-2-5 with 1gb only, but i have this question , what is better for game ? thanks again
Wired
Depends on how much memory the game will use. Generally most won't.

Wired
It should show up as 3200XL. Probably just a mistake in manufacturing. Ram Guy'll RMA it if you want. I know Doom 3 at it's highest settings will use 500 MB or so because of the huge textures it uses, but that still gives more than enough room for Windows. Some Massively Multiplayer Online games use around 750 MB. You probably don't need 2 GB, but if you really want it, then I'd get TwinX2048-3200C2. Timings are Cas 2 on Intel, Cas 2.5 on AMD -3-3-6, but since they're only 2 sticks they'll run @ 400 Mhz. That's the best mix. High memory speed but pretty good timings.
