happa_flapp Posted February 29, 2020 Share Posted February 29, 2020 Nightsword firmware update isn't working with the latest version of iCue (3.25.60). I know this topic has been posted before (found it in my initial search), but no resolution was found for the problem. I just tried to update the firmware, and it resulted in in the Nightsword being removed from iCue. I had to exit out of iCue in order to see my mouse again. Any thoughts (or advice) on how to flash the firmware for the mouse using iCue? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'm using iCUE 3.27.68 and it says there is a firmware update for my nightsword (to 3.35) but whenever I try to update it, it fails and then the mouse disappears from iCUE until I restart the program. Using Win 7 There was a solution of unplugging the mouse, holding down the right and left buttons then plugging it back in again and holding for I think 6 seconds until the LEDs flash, but it didn't work.
