Smarti20 Posted March 31, 2005 Share Posted March 31, 2005 i have a dual channel kit of Corsair ValueSelect, they are 512mb chips at pc3200 400mhz, the chips are giving me memory dump errors and will not let me install anything on my machine. i bought another kit just like it and it runs fine, not sure what happen, but before i had the memory dump errors, i ran both of the two kits in my machine for about almost a month with no problems, when it started giving me errors, i took the first kit out and im just running the second kit now and no errors with it. any help would be thankful to me. my system specs are: Intel P4 3.2ghz HT @800mhz FSB not/oc 1gb dual channeL Corsair Kit PC3200 400MHz DDR AGPtek ATI Radeon 9600XT 256MB 8X AGP A-BIT IC7-G MAX II ADVANCE MOBO WD 120gb SE hd 7200RPM 8mb cache WD 40gb HD 7200RPM 2mb cache Lite-ON DVD-ROM 16x Lite-ON DVD-RW DL 16x Sound Blaster Audigy 2 Plat.
