Would be nice if Corsair didn't leave us stuck with broken firmware.

So the double clicking issue with the Ironclaw is apparently a known issue and has a fix. Unfortunately, rather than making the rollback firmware readily available their answer is to make you wait 3-4 business days for a response to start a dialog to get the needed fix or wait a month or more for them to maybe fix it. It's bad service like this that causes people to go elsewhere. This is bush league support Corsair wake up before you lose business because you're just plain lazy and stupid. By the way the fix seems to be reverting to the old firmware dongle 0.9.40 mouse 0.11.80. While you're at it, please fix the convoluted disaster that is icue. Thanks for the lack of support. By the way the fix is posted on your forums but is unavailable until you open a ticket and wait 3-4 business days for an answer.
