HairyTeabags Posted January 5, 2020 Share Posted January 5, 2020 Hi all. Can anyone help me with an issue I'm having here. I've looked on Google and it looks like my keyboard might have a firmware issue and need a reset or something. My three LED's located above the numpad for the Caps Lock, Num Lock and Scroll Lock are all flashing white together. I've tried to unplug the keyboard and reconnect but the issue doesn't go away. I've also moved USB ports but no joy. The keyboard doesn't work on startup, but reconnecting at least gives m e the ability to use it, but the lights keep on flashing. I've tried to update my CUE software but everytime I click to download new version nothing happens. Can anyone help me please. Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
