Will not pass Biod Post with Commander Pro

As the title says...bought my son the Crystal 570X case for Xmas and a Hydro Series H1001 to go with it. The Hyrdo series works fine when plugged into the Mobo, but if the Commander Pro is plugged into the mobo it will not pass bios post. (Continuous beeping)

Is there a work around or possible fix for this?

This info is in my profile but adding it here in case it helps:

Windows 10 64bit

Motherboard: 760GMA-P34 (FX)

CPU: AMD FX-6300

There is no reason for the Commander Pro to prevent boot. The internal USB 2 connection transmits data between the device and software, but the OS and program have to be and running before that can happen.

The beeps are your motherboard’s version of an error code. Unfortunately their meaning is manufacturer specific. You’ll need to decode the long vs short beeps and the number of them to understand the meaning. That should be in the MB manual.

One thing worth mentioning right now is make sure you have a fan or the H100i motherboard connector on CPU_Fan. Something must be there or the BIOS will not allow you to boot.

There must be something.

(Trouble shooting 101) Plug Commander Pro into either JUSB1 or JUSB2 and the machine will not boot. Unplug and it boots fine. The H100i is plugged into the CPUFAN and works fine when plugged directly into JUSB1 or JUSB2. I have tried every combination multiple times and the result is consistent.

Aside from setting the plug upside down and the board protecting itself, I cant think of a reason. It should still boot with a usb cable with nothing on the end of it, unless your BIOS is mistaking it for a keyboard. May need to decode the beeps to narrow in on the issue.

Without the Commander Pro connected via usb, it should still power anything connected as long as the SATA is plugged in. Does the device work?
