PsychosAsylum
Hello there! I received the Corsair SP 120 RGB Pro kit (with Lighting node Core included) for Christmas, and after i installed, iCue is not detecting the lighting node Core at all. I have tried restarting, re-cabling, re-downloading, checking drivers, and nothing seems to work. Please help! Thank you lots!! ~Ryan.
PioMX
It's the same for me. New case CORSAIR iCue 465X RGB. Bought today. What should I do?
Sineira
Hand it back. Corsair doesn't care.
DevBiker
First, make sure that the USB connector is connected. Second, check with USB DeView to see if Windows sees the LNC. Download USBDeView from https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/usb_devices_view.html
PioMX
Situation is funny. Sometimes it works and then I can control the light, sometimes it won't work. I give back for warranty. I hope that only module and not the whole case.
PsychosAsylum
First, make sure that the USB connector is connected. Second, check with USB DeView to see if Windows sees the LNC. Download USBDeView from https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/usb_devices_view.html It does not say anything specific about it finding the lighting node core. There are a lot of devices listed as "USB Composite Device" all reading under the VendorID of 1b1c. I changed the location of the LNC Plugged into my motherboard today aswell and nothing changed
DevBiker
USBDeView would actually list it as a Lighting Node Core. So it's not getting detected by Windows. This could point to a number of issues. Check to make sure that it's on the header correctly. Make sure that your chipset drivers are installed and that you have the latest version. Disable Windows Fast Startup (https://www.windowscentral.com/how-disable-windows-10-fast-startup). Or ... it could be a faulty LNC.

The header is fully plugged in and i have tried both headers on my mobo. It still is not being detected by iCue/nor is it visible in USBDeView.. DevBiker
As long as you have the SATA connected as well, there's not much else that we can do. I would contact support.
