Wired
Try the rated timings: CAS Latency: 2 RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 3 Row Precharge (tRP): 3 Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 7 What CPU / FSB / Motherboard do you have?
nosferato
I have a Athlon 64 3000+ and a DFI ULTRA-D i havnt overclocked anything else in the system, besides the memory modules. I have tried to set them on default settings just to see if they didnt like to be overclocked. But they just seem to be broken, when i have them installed i get bluescreens all the time :( But the other stick works fine.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted March 28, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted March 28, 2005 Please test the modules one at a time with http://www.memtest.org and I would set the Dim Voltage to 2.7 Volts as well. And the suggested timings as Wired suggested. CAS Latency: 2 RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 3 Row Precharge (tRP): 3 Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS):
nosferato
Yeah i returned the computer to my vendor and he said one of the memory modules are bad. He used memtest and several other programs. And the settings you mentioned aswell. Is there anything else i can do? Regards / Alexander
