Zeshon2
Well, I have had issues with them from the beginning, but I thought they would do. Recently, my system has become less and less stable. I ran Prime95, and it failed the first test. Any time I use software to check my RAM from windows, my PC restarts or freezes. I can't run it at stock times, or it freezes, sometimes doesnt even get through post.
Wired
What CPU / FSB / Motherboard do you have? What is the exact part # and revision # of your memory? How To Read the Memory Label If you have more than one stick: Is it a TwinX pack? If not, what is the revision # of each stick? Did you test one stick at a time in each slot using Memtest86+? Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted March 28, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted March 28, 2005 Please set the Dim Voltage to 2.7 Volts and set the timings to the following and test the suspect module with http://www.memtest.org. Dim Voltage to 2.7 Volts Resulting Frequency: 200 MHz SDRAM CAS Latency: 2.5T SDRAM RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 3T SDRAM Row Precharge (tRP): 3T SDRAM Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 6T If you still get errors, then I would suggest we replace both modules so they match. Please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it!
