CAS Latency: 2.5

RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 4

Row Precharge (tRP): 4

Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 8

Keep in mind to run the memory at those speeds the FSB will have to match it. Also, you may have to lower your HTT multiplier down. Do you know if your CPU can run that high?

Those are the SPD settings, they will run at that when you have the bios set to auto. if you want to change them you need to go in the hidden advanced bios settings by using the key cominations of shift+F2 then ALT+F3.

I am running mine at 2.5,3,3,8 at 250HTT.

Thx for response, Does it seem to run pretty sweet or what? Is it worth using vs 3200? i'm a novice when it comes to this overclocking stuff just trying to decide before i shell out a lot of cash. Thanks again.

Good 3200 memory will cost almost as much as the 4400C25. I had 3500 and 3700,and i prefer the 4400C25. The 4400C25 will run at cas 2.0 if you dont overclock much more than 240 or 250. Athough my system will overclock more tha 250,the gain in performance is not worth the added stress on the system to run at 280 or 290.
