Wired
CAS Latency: 2.5 RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 4 Row Precharge (tRP): 4 Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 8 Keep in mind to run the memory at those speeds the FSB will have to match it. Also, you may have to lower your HTT multiplier down. Do you know if your CPU can run that high?

Wired
Found the thread: http://www.houseofhelp.com/v3/showthread.php?t=36958 Correct, those are the main settings, HOWEVER, with AMD systems it's recommended to keep the FSB and memory in sync with each other. The CPU may not OC high enough to use a 250 Mhz FSB.

I am running mine at 2.5,3,3,8 at 250HTT.

Is it worth using vs 3200? i'm a novice when it comes to this overclocking stuff just trying to decide before i shell out a lot of cash. Thanks again. Good 3200 memory will cost almost as much as the 4400C25. I had 3500 and 3700,and i prefer the 4400C25. The 4400C25 will run at cas 2.0 if you dont overclock much more than 240 or 250. Athough my system will overclock more tha 250,the gain in performance is not worth the added stress on the system to run at 280 or 290.

G-MAN
how are you liking that sli with 2 msi vga's It works very well,SLI wont work with everthing, but what it does work with is good. 2 6800 cards would be nice but $900 to $1000 for cards is sick.
