Hi all,

I have a bad memory module that I need to get replaced. I followed the FAQ and contacted the co. I bought it from. The result is below. One modules from the kit passes all memtest86 test. The other has more errors than I would like to count. No overclocking, Soyo Dragon2 board with modules in "dual channel" mode, 2.6.10 kernel. System is currently running beautifully on the remaining module

Subject: A question about warranty service.

Greetings,

I have a memory kit I purchase from you ~6mos. ago (Corsair VS1GBKIT400 1GB

Kit DDR400 PC3200 CAS2.5 Value Select Memory Retail) I was having problems

with the PC I built with it and traced it to a bad module. It has many many

errors when tested with memtest86. I looked on the Corsair site for

information about the lifetime warranty and their FAQ states to contact you.

So, I am doing that. How should I proceed with getting the module replaced.

Thanks,

-Bill
