Greetings, I have a memory kit I purchase from you ~6mos. ago (Corsair VS1GBKIT400 1GB Kit DDR400 PC3200 CAS2.5 Value Select Memory Retail) I was having problems with the PC I built with it and traced it to a bad module. It has many many errors when tested with memtest86. I looked on the Corsair site for information about the lifetime warranty and their FAQ states to contact you. So, I am doing that. How should I proceed with getting the module replaced. Thanks, -Bill
