steve9983
I just installed these two sticks from the kit: VS1GBKIT400 When I run the latest version of memtest I get anywhere between 4-12 errors per pass on test number 5. I've also had a couple of lockups and CounterStrike tends to die every 10 minutes or so. I have an Abit AV8 motherboard with a Athlon 64 3000+. These erros occur on standard bios settings. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted March 25, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted March 25, 2005 Please set the Dim Voltage to 2.7 Volts and test the modules one at a time with http://www.memtest.org.
steve9983
Please set the Dim Voltage to 2.7 Volts and test the modules one at a time with http://www.memtest.org. Still fails test #5. I tried both of the modules and only one has errors. However, If you let me rma them I would rather send them both back as a kit and get back a kit, but I understand if that's not possible. steve9983
I just noticed that I made a typo in my original post... I have an ABIT AV8 motherboard, not ASUS.
