VOID Pro Surround - iCUE No device detected

As the tittle suggest, my VOID Pro Surround headset (Purchased yesterday and unboxed today, Sept 20th, 2019) is not being detected in the iCUE software. There is audio output, but I cannot do anything with it in the software.

P.S. it is connected via 3.5mm jack, there are no available USB ports on my system.
