Watcher_77
1 stick is bad, I have tested it with mem test multiple times and I get an error stating it couldnt read from a certain block of memory. This only happens with the 1 stick (which has been taken out now). I run mem-test on the other stick, and it is flawless. I run games/windows with the bad stick in and I get multilpe lock-ups and poor performance. I cannot return it to Fry's Electronics as their return time on RAM is 15 days...has been 21 now :(. My setup is as follows: Shuttle XPC SN95G5 AMD Athlon 64 3200+ Corsair TwinX1024 BFG 6600 GT OC HP LightScribe 660i Please help me :)

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted March 22, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted March 22, 2005 If you have not set the Dim Voltage to 2.7 Volts, I would try that and test the suspect module with http://www.memtest.org and I would set the timings to Cass 2.5-3-3-6 as well. If you still get errors with the suspect module, please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it!
