ST100 issue is back

Hello,

 

I have ST100 and since the last iCUE Update, I just noticed that there is no sound is comming from the 3.5 jack plug. I plug my headset on it, the microphone is working but no sound. I also tried with an another device and same. The headset itself working well

 

Rebooted few times, unplug and plug the ST100 and even forced firmware update (0.02.91) but no success. When I choose ST100 as default sound service, Windows and games say like I don't have any sound devices.

 

I have Windows 10 with last update (1903) and I went back to iCUE 3.18.77 but it not fixing the issue. ST100 worked perfectly yesterday....

I fixed it last time by formating my computer but I won't doing a fresh install of W10.

 

 

Any suggestions ?

Fixed, I had to:

 

- Uninstall complety iCUE software (In Windows Registry. Even in windows/drivers, I removed Corsair related .dll).

- Unplug the ST100 (Very important)

- Reboot

- Install the new version of iCUE Software

- Reboot

- Plug back the ST100 and it works !
