Twjst
I need to repaste a HydroX GPU water block, and it is the first time I'm doing this kind of thing. Any recommendation on Which thermalpaste? Could there be problems with certain pastes and HydroX? Do I put the paste on the GPU or on the cooling block? Thanks for helping!
skyteam78
You can use arctic mx-4 or noctua one. I suggest to put it on gpu ( thin layer).

Corsair Employees Corsair GregX Posted August 20, 2019 Corsair Employees Share Posted August 20, 2019 We recommend to use the XTM50 High Performance Thermal Paste Kit or TM30 Performance Thermal Paste. They are available in US. If you cannot purchase one of these a MX-4 or one with similar specs will be OK. Apply a thin layer to the GPU die. Prior to that it's recommended to clean both surfaces, GPU die and GPU contact surface of GPU water block with isopropyl alcohol with Q-tip or lint free cloth.
