Corsair VOID RGB USB Gaming headset

Hi, i have a Corsair VOID RGB USB Gaming headset.

 

since the latest ICUE UPDATE [3.18.77] my headset is not working correctly.

i can't hear audio nor record my voice and there is red triangle near my device icon in the ICUE software.

 

i tried multiple times to reboot windows / reinstall - nothing works.

was working totally ok with 3.17

 

[only fix is to uninstall the software and uninstall the headset device from "device manger" and reinstall an older version of ICUE [3.17] which works properly.

 

any help/ideas/ suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Disconnect your Headset. Go to Device Manager and activate hidden device and Deinstall in Audio,Video,Gamecontroller your Headset DRIVER ONLY not select Software. Reconnect your Headset with USB and all works fine.

 

This totally fixed the issue and i can use the latest ICUE 3.18 software now. Thank you very much for this!

 

I wonder though why it's happened in the first place? Some malfunction during the upgrading/installation process to the newer version? or is it some issue with the new version [3.18] of the ICUE software? I really can't tell:roll:
