I have a keyboard RMA request. The customer service told me that he would offer me a prepaid shipping label. But I only received an email form UPS with a tracking number, but no shipping label attached.

I replied the request email, waited for five days, and didn't receive any response.

 

Could you have someone take a look at my RMA request?
