H80i V2 Failure

I have been waiting for a reply to my ticket regarding my cooler failing after a few months, and never heard back. I replied to the original email and it has been a few days.

Ticket # 2000746793.


I went ahead and bought the H60 until I can get a replacement H80i since I am on call 24/7 and have to have my computer running. Please help.
