What's going on with Corsair's support system?

What's going on with Corsair's support system? New tickets never show up in the support tickets section of the site. I only see older tickets. Also, when a new support request is opened, it takes days/weeks to get a reply. Calling phone support does no good...only false promises. I've always used Corsair products, but I'm seriously considering changing that. Also, it's extremely difficult to order directly from Corsair. There's no way to set up returns via the web site...and shipping quality is terrible. I ordered direct for some of the new Hydro X products, and both were packaged incorrectly, resulting in a couple of damaged components.
