Bad RMA

Two weeks ago I posted that my ram will not past MemTest,So I was told to test one at a time. I did but marked the ram 1 & 2 so I can tell them a part. I get my RMA and off went my ram.Today I get my ram back and its the same marked ram I sent to be RMA.I call Corsair to see what was going.The woman told me that its not possible.When I told she that the ram was marked she get an attitude.If this is the way Corsair runs, I'll take my business elsewhere.

No that is not how we do things, all RMA's are replaced with new modules. The only way you would have got your same modules back would have been if they were physically damaged or not Corsair modules. Please call us at 888-222-4346 option 2 and ask for Ram Guy and I will try to find out what may have happened.

RAM GUY,

I called but you stepped out.Not a big deal. I talked to guy how was very polite.I told him what happen and he siad he would look into it.He was more helpful than the lady I talked to the first time.I sent my ram back and it should be there on Monday.

Sorry about that, and I actually heard some of the conversation. And I have looked at your RMA and the modules you sent in were replaced with new modules. I will have the RMA's searched and have all of the modules at my desk in a few days. But we will get you another new set ASAP.
