No RMA update - Keyboard has been delivered 8 days ago

It seems that my RMA request also has been forgotten with the move to Zendesk.

UPS shows that the keyboard has been delivered 10 (not 8) days ago. I have updated the ticket twice in that time with no response. I cannot see the RMA status in Zendesk, I would like some sort of an update please.
