RMA ticket no response for 17 days

I'm very sorry about the delay in a response, I've checked out the ticket and it looks like an agent has reached out to you.

 

Thanks. I've had a reply come through.

 

I am to return my PSU but where do I find the shipping label? After the migration of the service desk system to zendesk the link is no longer available in the top right and I can't find it in my emails.
