RMA Support for Faulty PSU

Hi. I bought my PSU from Amazon and I have been using my CX750M for 3yrs now and lately i can smell a strong burning smell coming off my psu. I cannot carry on using it for it is dangerous due to the risk of fire. so i made a request for replacement 3 days ago and the status remains open. i tried to contact this number +1 888-222-4346, but everytime i ring this number for numerous times, i end up waiting for more than 20mins and nobody answer my calls. i have no spare psu to use. i believe that my psu has 5yrs warranty. can anyone from this forum help me regarding my psu replacement?
