RMA - No update

Created a ticket June 2 and my RMA was approved June 6. My RAMs were picked up by DHL June 10 and my product arrived in Taiwan June 11. Until now, I haven't received any confirmation that my product arrived to Corsair office in Taiwan. I keep leaving a comment in my ticket but no one is updating me. Also tried calling call-in support several times but no ones picking up, wait time is absurd and I cannot wait more than 20mins as calling international number is quite expensive base from where I live.

 

Would appreciate if someone from the support team can look into my ticket and provide me an update regarding the status of my RMA.
