Zotty
Fittings. Store Link click Me I went with 10/14 sized fittings so those will be what i show here. for those that are just starting out. 10/14 means the tubing you would be using should have an internal diameter of 10mm and an external diameter of 14mm. I am very impressed with the quality of packaging/presentation and build of the fittings.. the Rotary fittings are nice and tight and everything unscrews or screws nice and smoothly. AngryButters
I have to say that whatever corsair dips their feet in they seem to do a better job than pre-exciting companies in the space. I had a look around Corsiars site and was really surprised to see that they give you an option to a "Configurator" which helps people new I'm assuming, into the custom water-cooling space by doing a simulator custom build on their site to give you a better idea what you will need with the name of the products and where you can get them. Very smart idea and puts a big grin on my face.

Zotty
Rads and Fans and Fan trays. firstly. for this I will be using the 8 x 120mm Tray from Corsair's 1000d Super Tower. and 2 x Corsair Hydro X series XR7 480mm Radiators and 16 x Corsair LL120 RGB Fans. http://i.imgur.com/UOEH4U7l.jpg -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- You will be needing both of the longer screws supplied with the Radiator and decent Philips #2 screw driver. the Longer screw is for through the tray & fan side of your Radiator and the Shorter screw is for mounting the fans directly to the Radiator with no tray between them http://i.imgur.com/3QlE9gal.jpg -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Knowing which fan is which. So. with 16 fans on this tray alone which means 32 cables in total, it seems a good idea to know which cables run to which fan so using these 8mm sticky dots off of Amazon http://i.imgur.com/HlPwpFol.jpg I labelled the Fans Them selves and Both Plugs on the cables. http://i.imgur.com/m5d2Kn1l.jpg http://i.imgur.com/IftCXo6l.jpg -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mounting the fans Starting with one side/one rad Lay the rad none inlet/outlet side up. Lay your Fans correct way up on top of the rad and then the tray on top of that. Using the longer screws mount through the tray, through the fan and into the rad. x 16 screws. http://i.imgur.com/2Xu5vXHl.jpg http://i.imgur.com/gaoAr7Tl.jpg now do the same with the other Radiator/fans http://i.imgur.com/Zg1WsUDl.jpg now turn it over http://i.imgur.com/R2G9EJwl.jpg now route the cables down the centre of the Radiator http://i.imgur.com/PWqyncQl.jpg now mount the other 16 fans using the shorter screws to the radiator like so http://i.imgur.com/hELVdShl.jpg http://i.imgur.com/kfqLzVKl.jpg now you can tidy your cables.. http://i.imgur.com/LOcXxdrl.jpg http://i.imgur.com/KuBxFkhl.jpg. Both LED channels in my CoPro are occupied. One with CPU block, Pump and GPU block. The second with 6 RGB fans. Is there option for splitter or smth?
