Advanced RMA, refund of credit card hold

started an Advanced RMAapril 2019 and since had the item replaced and delivered, because I choose advanced RMA they took $100 from my credit card to hold, till I sent back the faulty product for them to verify.


On May 14 my faulty product was signed for a delivered to the returns department in the Netherlands, I am yet to recieved my $100 back.

I have also updated my ticket but it seems to be ignored.

I can't make further update as it has been closed!


When i will receive the hold back?
