fiveohnoes
I RMA'd a stick of Corsair several months ago (it had literally burned out.) I recieve my new stick of RAM and put it in my new computer (I had bought a new mobo, CPU, etc. during the systems downtime.) I assemble the new setup only to find I have stability issues. I assume this is because of my recent upgrade/migration to XP. About a week ago, I ran MemtestX86 only to find my computer failed it rather promptly. I remove the "new", fresh from RMA, stick of Corsair, only to find that the system now passes MemtestX86 with flying colors. Low and behold the system is now rock stable as well. In short, I believe I recieved a faulty piece of memory via RMA, and I would like it replaced.
