Harpoon Wireless Tracking Issues (and others)

To be fair - since I implemented the fix that solved the issue for me, the Harpoon has been working flawlessly ever since, and I effin' love it.

It has excellent response times, grip and fit in the hand is great, friction against the table is next to nothing, it will run non-stop for 8-16 hours, and with sporadic use 4-5 days before requiring charging.

In short: imho it is actually the excellent product that Corsair promotes it as - it's just a shame that their support staff is not educated well enough to solve such seemingly simple problems.
