They have it advertised as including a USB cable but mine did not come with one, although it was a sealed package. They told me to contact Corsair for the missing cable. You might also give us your address as well so we can try to get this resolved. Sorry about the phone, I think California is susceptible to phone problems because of the high concentration of people.
